We use Authorize.net and Paypal® secure server so that customer
pay with either credit card or their paypal account.
Our company name will be shown by "Baggy Style Us" dba
ITPLUS LA on check out screen and on credit card statment.

Process
All orders which are received in 6:00 PM Pacific Time
will be processed same day and usually shipped out next business
day.
If the merchandise is out of stock, therefor occured shipping delay,

Color
Color and shape might be little different from picture due to photo
editing.
Size
All Baggy style pants and jeans, waist is approximately
1" bigger than regular size pants. Especially Style #300 and
#250 are almost 2" bigger than regular size. Please be aware
before placing order.

Shipping

We usually ship out in 2 business day.
Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped
will be charged the same shipping charges that applies to the original
order includes undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect
address entered on the order form.
We ship out world widely via UPS® and
fee will be calculated by location and weight automatically during
check out.

Customers
"UPS Ground" shipping takes only 1~2 days in California
which means does not have to choose "2nd days" delivery.
Hawaii, Alaska Customers
Select "Table Rate"
for shipping carrier then we will ship out thru USPS Priority Mail.
It takes 2~3 business days.
International Customers
We set the USPS shipping module for customers in foreign country.
Cheaper and Faster! We now ship out world widely.
Customer in Korea (R.O.K.)
We ship the goods thru Hyundai Express and charge $12.00 base, extra
$1.00 per 1LBS.

Exchange
All merchandises are inspected by our professional before
ship out.
You can exchange an item in 7 calendar days after delivered for
following reasons; different color, size, style, item.
To get an exchange,
1. You should get Confirmation number by email to baggyboy2@baggystyleus.com
we'll issue confirmation number in one bussiness day as request.
2. Pack merchandise with safe bag or box to protect damages while
delivering.
Please make sure to include all tags came with merchandise.
Ship it up thru fully insured shipping carrer i.e. UPS® or Fedex®.
We are not responsible for lost packages.

Policy
If you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned within
7 calendar days of delivered date. You will pay 15% restocking
fee.
The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not
reimburse return shipping & handling fees.
We issue a credit in 7 business days from the date of returned merchandises.
We will examine returned item to see whether it is in the original
condition.
Return Procedure
If you should return the merchandise you need to get a RMA
number first. To get a RMA number please email to baggyboy2@baggystyleus.com
with order number, style number and certain reason. We'll issue
RMA number in one business day by email.
The RMA number valid for 7 calendar days, therefor merchandises
must be shipped out in 7 calendar days after issued RMA number.
Returned merchandise without RMA number will not be guaranteed
to refund. After got RMA Number please follow up to next step
to return.
Packing to Return
The merchandise should be re-packed with safe bag or box to protect
damages while delivering. Please make sure to include all tags came
with merchandises.
We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for
any items that are lost tags or damaged.
